Who doesn’t love pancakes for breakfast?

My toddler loves helping to make these pancakes and pretty much makes this recipe by herself now.

I weigh out the oats + measure the milk for her and she adds everything to the blender. She loves to mash the banana and crack the egg too.

Obviously, I do the hot cooking but we have a little routine when we make pancakes which makes it fun for her. I transfer the cooked pancakes to a small frying pan off the heat & she uses the spatula to take them out and pop the pancakes onto the plate. Lots of fun. 💛🥞
